Impact

• You have 7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development Organizational Development or Instructional Design preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
• You have a Bachelors degree in a related field (a Masters in ID or HR is a plus)
• You have a consulting mindset with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholders and projects simultaneously delivering results on time and within scope
• You have exceptional verbal communication skills and a track record of facilitating complex topics (including EQ and leadership) for both large groups and executive teams
• You have proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• You have an adaptable nature allowing you to thrive in ambiguity and flow between different projects and learning pillars as the business changes
• You have the ability to act as a strategic translator who can sit with technical experts understand their world and build curriculum that non-technical team members can master
• You have the ability to travel frequently for business meetings team on-sites and events

Pay Range: $75200 - $125000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham San Francisco or Minneapolis to be hybrid which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate collaborate and spark team -office expectations will vary by role and leader.
