We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Power & Water Solutions (PWS)business in Pittsburgh PA. This role follows a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one remote workday per weekgiving you the best of both collaboration and flexibility.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team youll strategically partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to drive innovative recruiting initiatives build strong talent pipelines and create an exceptional candidate this role youll take a proactive relationship-driven approach to full-cycle recruiting ensuring we hire top talent who align with Emersons values and business goals.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices market trends talent insights and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes.
  • Use Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently.
  • Proactively source and engage a strong talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed job boards social networking sites and professional groups.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support initiatives related to process improvement technology enhancements and recruitment strategy optimization.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders on effective talent attraction process and behaviors
  • Experience effectively managing complex requisitions
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience within the manufacturing energy oil and gas automotive biotechnology medical scientific digital solutions and/or heavy industrial industries
