Job Summary
Job Title: Content Writing Associate
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location: Lower Parel Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Age Criteria: Upto 30 years

About the Role:
As a Content Writing Associate at Lower Parel Mumbai you will craft high-quality SEO-optimized content to drive engagement and traffic. This role involves creating diverse content types researching trends and ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
What Youll Do:
Content Creation and Strategy:
Write high-quality SEO-optimized long-form and short-form content for the website including blogs and guest posts.
Ensure content aligns with Googles Helpful Content Update and EEAT guidelines to establish trust and authority.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and content gap analysis to inform content development.
Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to track content performance and refine strategies.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
Use tools like Copyscape and AI content detectors to ensure originality and human-written content.
Edit and proofread content for clarity grammar and style consistency.
Requirements
Must-Have:
Experience: 1-2 years of proven content writing experience preferably in the digital marketing and education industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles including keyword research on-page optimization and internal linking.
Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with strong grammar and communication abilities.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for proofreading and editing.
Should Have:
CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Strapi is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to tailor content for various audiences and platforms.
Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Analytical Skills: Experience tracking content performance and using data to optimize strategies.

Required Skills:
Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important we care mainly about your attitude your work ethic your desire to learn and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
