The South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service based in Bunbury which provides a variety of health services to Aboriginal people in the South West Great South Upper wheatbelt and Peel Regions of Western Australia. SWAMS delivers a wide range of Services including GP Clinics Primary Health Care Counselling NDIS and community host various programs. SWAMS has a strong growth strategy through partnership opportunities and future community development.

We are currently seeking a Cultural Lead to join our Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) this role you will provide cultural advice leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of culturally safe and responsive SEWB care to SWAMS clients.
If you are passionate about promoting Aboriginal culture and committed to supporting community wellbeing this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact at SWAMS and within the local community.
The Cultural Lead will also play a key role in guiding and mentoring the SEWB team while working collaboratively with managers clinicians and external stakeholders.
