Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation effective relationship management and the innovative use of technology. This role will manage a book of personal insurance clients focusing on retention renewals and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. Youll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships manage policy servicing and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Manage renewals policy changes and day-to-day account servicing.
Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
Account Growth and Retention
Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
Collaboration
Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
Client Success
Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Active P&C license
2 years of experience in personal lines and/or account management experience
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems
Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
