TheIntensive Behavior Center (IBC)is an intensive short-term treatment facility in Boulder Montana for individuals who have intellectual disabilities. This 12-bed facility provides an environment for building healthy effective and fulfilling lives so those receiving treatment can live successfully in the community after discharge.

Bachelors degree in psychology sociology human services special education or other human service degree.
Two years of providing services to individuals with developmental disability.
One year of Incident Management and quality assurance experience. One year of Data Base oversight.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Other equivalent combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
