Step into a leadership role at the heart of the judicial system. Were seeking an experienced court professional to supervise daily operations develop and mentor staff and ensure the efficient management of court records calendars and case processes across divisions such as civil criminal family law and jury services. This position plays a vital role in upholding the integrity of the courts collaborating with judicial officers agencies and stakeholders while driving performance accountability and continuous improvement.


If youre a proactive leader with strong knowledge of court procedures a passion for public service and the ability to manage complex workflows with professionalism and precision we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.The ideal candidate will possess at least a High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in a court of law preparing and processing legal documents or working in a records management/inventory control environment and at least two (2) years as a lead worker or a Courtroom Assistant.


This recruitment will fill a current vacancy at the Larson Justice Center in addition to establishing a countywide eligibility list.
