Commission on Gross Profit Uncapped Earnings
Commercial Construction Sales
- Prospect and build relationships with developers and builders
- Generate and manage RFPs and bid opportunities
- Attend networking events and pre-bid meetings
- Manage a 618 month pipeline
- Collaborate with estimating and operations on project scope
- Track all opportunities and forecasting in CRM
- Grow commercial revenue profitably
Compensation
Commission is based on gross profit not revenue.
- 15%20% of gross profit per project
- Paid on collected revenue
- Tiered commission structure based on profitability
- 5% residual commission on repeat projects from accounts you originate
- Optional recoverable draw available for qualified candidates
- Year 1: $90K$150K
- Strong performers: $150K$250K
- Uncapped earnings tied to performance
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of commercial construction or B2B sales experience
- Experience working with developers GCs or property managers preferred
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles
- Organized and CRM disciplined
- Self-motivated (commission-based role)
