Job Summary

Triune Financial Partners LLC (Triune) is a purpose driven faith-based organization located in Overland Park KS. We are an independent SEC registered RIA firm and a fiduciary. Our services include financial life planning wealth management and retirement plan services. We have 25 associates and serve 800 private clients and 130 workplace retirement plans.

Triune is seeking an experienced HR/Office Manager

This position is extremely hands-on which requires taking a proactive role in creating a healthy and productive work environment by managing our firms Associates in alignment with our Core Values.

The HR/Office Manager will report to Triunes Director of Operations and will work closely with the Managing Partner. This role will have significant direct interaction with Associates throughout the firm.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to interact with Staff Partners Clients and Vendors
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible easily adapts to changing office needs
  • Ability to work through interruptions and prioritize work
  • 5-years experience managing leading hiring and leading challenging HR conversations
  • Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or related field preferred
  • Core Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR issues that arise within the firm
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including facility maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Responsible for Staff recruiting hiring onboarding and terminating processes
  • Responsible for running Associate annual reviews
  • Employee benefits management in coordination with Accounting Manager
  • Organize and maintain all personnel records
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant work environment by enforcing office policies
  • Supervise Director of First Impressions and all this roles responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment orders
  • Organize company events
  • Arranging travel for company events in coordination with Accounting Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and Director of Operations
  • Team Member Expectations
  • Onsite during normal business hours. M-F 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Various standing weekly Staff meetings

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range between $70k - $85k depending on previous work experience
  • Employer contribution towards health dental and vision insurance premiums
