Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are sharing a specialised full-time program leadership opportunity for professionals with deep experience delivering complex cross-functional technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee complex technical programs across multiple teams and disciplines
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
Ensure alignment on program goals milestones and delivery readiness
Communicate program status progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders
Manage cross-functional workflows and dependencies to keep programs on track
Support execution from early concept through delivery

Ideal Profile:

Strong candidates may have experience in:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field
Demonstrated experience in technical program management or related roles
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Experience collaborating with engineering product and cross-functional partners
Masters degree or experience in technology industry (preferred)

No prior AI experience required technical program leadership and strong cross-functional coordination are the core qualifications.
