Lead Agile delivery teams building dashboards data models and analytics platforms.

Play a key role in driving the organizations data transformation and self-service analytics strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
TheProductOwnerwillbe responsible fordriving the Strategydevelopmentand implementation of innovative AI solutions ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand customer needs.
Product Leadership & Strategy
Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap for DTS Business Intelligence products.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products that are impactful and scalableeffectively addressing market demands.
Continuously evaluate and adapt the product strategy to remain responsive to changing market conditions and customer feedback
Discovery & Value Mapping
Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their business challenges workflows andobjectives.
Identifyopportunities for AI (e.g. copilots automation predictive analytics personalization) to deliver tangible value.
Assess and calculate the ROI and time-to-value for AI features or solutions.
Agile Execution & Backlog Management
Own and manage the product backlog for BI dashboards data pipelines and reporting solutions.
Lead backlog grooming sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Work closely with development QA and data engineering teams to ensuretimelyand high-quality delivery.
Manage dependencies risks and release planning.
Solution Design & Technical Collaboration
Develop comprehensive AI solutions that encompass all stages from data sourcing to model selection integration and user experience.
Collaborate with product teams engineering and partners to assess andestablishtechnical feasibility.
Drivepackaging andgo-to-market strategy based on customer insights and market trends.
Contribute to architecture discussions for scalable and secure analytics solutions.
AI and Emerging Technology Integration
Assess and incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as large language models (LLMs) autonomous agents machine learning workflows and AI-based decision-making frameworks.
Partner with AI/ML research and engineering teams to create innovative features that enhance service delivery and support models.
Stay updated on trends in AI and productivity platforms to apply relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
Over8 years of experience in Product Ownership Business Intelligence Data Analytics or related roles.
Strong experience managingBusinessIntelligenceor data products in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experienced in leading AI product development and engineering teams with a hands-on approach to proofs of concept (POCs) and technical implementations.
ExpertiseinidentifyingAI use cases: Ability to assess a wide range of AI applications and developfeasiblesolutions that deliver measurable impact.
Good understanding of Data Warehousing DataModelingETL/ELT processes
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
Customer-focused mindset with a history of delivering impactful AI solutions.
Proven experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Agile/SAFeframeworks and product management practices.
Understanding of data governance metadata management and KPI standardization.
Experience driving self-service analytics adoption at scale.
Familiarity with tools such asADO Confluence ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
