Position Status: Temporary Full-Time

Co-op Placement Full-time Unpaid (4 months)

Co-op students are reimbursed for business related expenses up to $700 a month during the term of your placement.

Available: May 2026

Description of the Position:

As a member of the Recurring Revenue team the Co-op Student Acquisition Recurring Revenue will support a variety of initiatives aimed at growing the organizations monthly donor base. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple acquisition channels including face-to-face (door-to-door and mall/venue programs) digital telemarketing and employee giving.

Working closely with team members the Co-op Student will assist with campaign coordination reporting and administrative tasks while developing strong organizational and project management skills in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

You will:

  • Assist with entering and maintaining data in tracking spreadsheets for various acquisition and onboarding programs.
  • Provide support for ongoing digital acquisition channels including updating weekly trackers monitoring inventory tracking complaints and helping develop new collateral materials.
  • Support the coordination of quarterly campaigns by collecting creative feedback consolidating comments and helping ensure timelines are met.
  • Prepare meeting minutes schedule internal and external meetings respond to team inbox inquiries and provide general administrative support to the Acquisition Recurring Revenue team.
  • Assist with campaign setup checklists for digital paid social and other major campaign launches.
  • Contribute to the preparation of post-campaign reports for digital targeted and always-on programs.
  • Research and summarize best practices in monthly donor acquisition from comparable organizations to support new ideas and innovation.
  • Monitor and summarize engagement and comments on digital paid social campaigns.
  • Help track and document A/B testing for digital ads landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Support UTM tracking and governance for digital campaign landing pages.
  • Provide additional administrative and campaign support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a University degree or Community College diploma in Marketing or equivalent which requires a co-op placement;
  • Previous Marketing and or administrative experience is an asset
  • Intermediate/advanced competency with various Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Able to constantly re-prioritize work in a fast paced service oriented environment
  • Excellent at time management and organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and team player
