Overview:
The Regional Manager is responsible for the execution of Tasks 2 3 and 4 across all staffed and unstaffed sites within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role oversees dayâtoâday operations of the FOCUS Center ensures alignment with enterprise policies established by Task Managers and drives consistent operational performance across the Korea Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Tasks 2 3 and 4 for all aligned sitesstaffed and unstaffedwithin the AOR.
- Oversee daily FOCUS Center operations ensuring projects and activities progress as planned and comply with enterprise policies.
- Manage maintenance and operations schedules for all Regionâaligned sites including dispatching rover resources to support unstaffed locations.
- Supervise Site Managers and Site Leads at all staffed sites within the Region.
- Enforce data quality standards policies and procedures for all Work Orders.
- Coordinate with other Regional Managers under the direction of the Field Operations Director to support surge requirements across Regions.
- Manage equipment and technology assets to ensure efficient and effective utilization.
- Collaborate with peer Regional Managers and project leads to share knowledge align practices and advance common objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the Korea Region.
- Conduct and oversee research initiatives monitor emerging developments and implement new technologies or methodologies to improve operations.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws regulations and military standards including operational security data protection and ethical requirements.
- Report progress challenges and achievements to higher command levels; prepare detailed reports present findings and recommend future actions.
- Identify and address operational challenges continuously assessing and improving the effectiveness of Region operations.
- Execute TDPs in support of PdL Integrator IPTs.
Education:
(15 BA/BS or 10MA/MS) or (20AA/No Degree).

- Experience executing Tasks 2 3 and 4 across staffed and unstaffed sites within an AOR.
- Experience overseeing dayâtoâday operations within a Region ensuring project and activity alignment with enterprise policies.
- Experience managing maintenance and operations schedules including dispatching rover resources for unstaffed sites.
- Experience supervising Site Managers and Site Leads at staffed sites.
- Experience enforcing data quality policies and procedures for Work Order completion.
- Experience collaborating with Regional Managers and supporting surge requirements under Field Operations Director guidance.
- Experience managing equipment and technology to ensure efficient and effective use.
- Experience collaborating across Regions sharing resources and supporting crossâfunctional initiatives.
- Experience fostering innovation and continuous improvement within a Region.
- Experience conducting or overseeing research efforts and implementing new technologies or methodologies.
- Experience ensuring compliance with laws regulations military standards operational security data protection and ethical requirements.
- Experience preparing reports presenting findings and making recommendations to higher command levels.
- Experience identifying and resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
