Job Summary
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience administering/customizing Jira and Confluence (Cloud or Data Center) including workflow and permission design.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (portals SLAs automation and knowledge base integrations).
- Strong Power BI skills (data modeling Power Query DAX visualization best practices) and experience building operational dashboards.
- Experience integrating Atlassian data via REST APIs marketplace apps or exports; familiarity with basic scripting/automation is a plus.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity (documentation analysis insights) with awareness of Responsible AI and data security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
