Job Summary
Must have skill- Microsoft Exchange (Online/Hybrid) Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online and OneDrive with powershell automation script . Experience with Azure AD application registrations and Microsoft Graph API integrations
Detailed JD:
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for operational tasks health checks and reporting
Drive operational efficiency through scripting tooling and GitLab-based automation
Provide L3/L4 operational support for Microsoft Exchange (Online/Hybrid) Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Strong Exchange Server troubleshooting experience including certificate management and patching
Support email and security platforms such as Cisco IronPort and Microsoft 365 Defender
Hands-on experience with mailbox migrations from Exchange 2016 to Exchange Online
Manage group-based licence assignments and user access controls
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Viva suite
Experience with Azure AD application registrations and Microsoft Graph API integrations
Solid understanding of ITIL processes with hands-on ServiceNow experience
