Job Summary

Core responsibilities :
Managing TCS external accounts ( Creating account Badge etc)
Supporting AWS / CDN topics
Knowledge on web eco system
A degree in Business Informatics Computer Science or Data Science experience in Sales & Marketing environment would be a plus
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience at least 2 years experience in Enterprise Level Web Content Management Solutions Content Delivery Networks (CDN) Online Marketing Web Analytics or other Cloud Services
Technical expertise and work experience with the operational and administrative tasks involved in operating Web Ecosystem IT solutions in collaboration with external suppliers.
Work experience in ITSM operations and Service Management based on ITIL and/or other relevant IT best practices.
Preferable experience with Analytics and Data Integration Solutions like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and business intelligence solutions as well as with Microsoft Dynamics Hotjar Adobe Experience Cloud
Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional global teams
Fluent English language skills basic German language skills would be a plus
