WhatYoullDo

As a Product Manager in our Activation Squadyoullown theSME onboardingjourney fromsign upto first valueensuringcustomersget up and running quickly and confidently.

You will:

  • Own activation KPIs including onboarding completion first transaction rate and early engagement.
  • Run continuous customer discovery and analyse data toidentifyfriction and prioritise high-impact improvements.
  • Define hypotheses and run experiments to improve conversion and time-to-value.
  • Partner with engineering to define high-quality epic and user story definitions with clear acceptance criteria delivering at pace.
  • Collaboratecross-functionally to deliver product improvements end-to-end.
  • Helpshapethe longer-termproduct andactivation strategy as we scale.

WhoYouAre

Whatyoullneed

  • Proven experience as a product manager ideally in B2B fintech SaaS or payments.
  • Experience improving onboarding activation or conversion metrics using data and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with product analytics tools.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment with self-serve journeys.
  • Experience with SME and/or regulated onboarding journeys (e.g. KYC/KYB).
  • Familiarity with structured experimentation or growth frameworks.
