E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedE-Commerce Specialist to support our growing online business. This role combines customer service excellence with e-commerce content and website support.

What This Role Involves
Web Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone regarding online orders product questions returns and shipping.
- Process returns exchanges cancellations and order updates accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve order issues payment reviews and fulfillment discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and retail store teams to ensure accurate order processing.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
E-commerce & Website Support
- Write compelling SEO-optimized product descriptions and category content.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta titles descriptions internal linking).
- Assist with website merchandising including featured products homepage banners and promotional updates.
- Audit site content for accuracy broken links duplicate content and SEO improvements.
- Support promotional launches new product releases and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve site conversion navigation and overall user experience.
The Qualifications Were Looking For
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Understanding of soccer as well as the brands and products associated with the sport.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing or customer service (retail experience is a plus).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear persuasive product copy.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Experience working within an e-commerce platform such as Miva Shopify BigCommerce or Magento.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
