Job Summary

This role will be the finance lead to partner with Amazons IT software portfolio optimization strategy managing the evaluation negotiation and optimization of $2.3B in third-party software investments across Amazon IT AWS and Amazon Procurement organizations. The position will architect frameworks for usage-driven contract optimization centralized contract management and AI-powered procurement analysis to drive significant cost savings while establishing sustainable cost management processes. The role requires cross-organizational influence without direct authority partnering with IT sourcing teams procurement organizations and business stakeholders globally to challenge established norms and drive portfolio rationalization.

- 12 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 7 years of finance technology forecast & budgeting or other finance-focused competency experience
- Experience with Tableau Python SQB Quicksight Cognos or or other BI packages

- MBA or CPA
- Experience in a leadership position managing finance accounting and operational processes

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
