Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year as an automotive manager
- Minimum 3 years of total automotive experience
- Deep understanding of lender programs F&I laws and compliance procedures
- Strong communication closing and negotiation skills
- High ethical standards attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Preferred experience with CDK and Eleads
