Job Summary

The Tank Monitor Program Analyst plays a key role in managing and improving the tank monitor program across North America. This position partners closely with Operations IT Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate sensor data functioning equipment performance and scalable processes. Access our employee assistance program for confidential counseling mental health support and various resources to help you navigate lifes Compensation: We offer a highly competitive salary package ensuring that your hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded : We understand the importance of work-life balance we offer flexible hybrid work options to help you manage your personal and professional : Work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies that empower you to excel in your role and stay at the forefront of industry Focused: We care about you and have committed to a zero-harm youll do: Manage intake and processing of tank sensor requests while driving improvements to reduce manual handlingMaintain accurate sensor and customer data across vendor platforms and internal systems ensuring data quality and consistencyIdentifying and correcting data discrepanciesSupport troubleshooting of non-functioning sensors identifying root causes and improvement opportunitiesAnalyze sensor performance failure trends and inventory data to identify issues and recommend corrective actionsMaintain and analyze Tank Monitor Program dashboards to track performance trends and risksSupport and improve sensor return warranty repair and disposal process in collaboration with field operationsIdentify opportunities to improve redeployment warranty refurbishment and decommissioning strategies to reduce capital spend and improve asset utilizationCommunicate program updates trends and insights to operational teamsParticipate in cross-functional initiatives focused on automation process improvement and system enhancementsDevelop and maintain process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training material to drive consistency across the fieldPerforms other related duties as assignedWhat you bring:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational or business certification preferred Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a related position preferably logistics or serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Experience developing and maintaining (SOPs) and training documentsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical or data-driven information into clear actionable working across multiple systems including asset management vendor portals and financial systems. Previous experience with Cargas and Financial Systems (IFS) software is preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of end-to-end asset lifecycle management including setup troubleshooting warranty repair redeployment and disposalHigh level of ownership accountability and to challenge existing processes and propose data-driven improvementsFlexible and adaptable to frequently changing priorities and deadlinesAbility to coordinate and build relationshipsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as part of a dispersed teamLegal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job expected annual salary range for this role is $65000 - $70000 a note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only.
