• Team Leadership: Supervise train and mentor a diverse team of cleaning professionals across multiple locations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all facilities meet or exceed our strict cleanliness standards.
• Accountability: Manage employee schedules monitor attendance and resolve staffing shortages immediately by reallocating personnel or performing cleaning tasks yourself if necessary.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers to resolve complaints and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor inventory levels maintain equipment and manage labor budgets to ensure profitable operations.

• Experience: 25 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services hospitality or facility management.
• Hands-on Mentality: A willingness to get in the trenches and help the team when needed.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle emergencies (no-shows equipment failure) without constant supervision.
• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for cleanliness and safety hazards.
• Requirements: A valid drivers license reliable transportation and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
