Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance testing on software applications and systems to ensure they meet the companys standards and user requirements
Create and execute test cases scripts and plans to identify defects and bugs in the software
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions for improving product quality
Document testing procedures results and defects for internal reference and future improvement
Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes and methodologies

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Proven experience in quality assurance testing preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry
Strong understanding of software testing principles methodologies and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Desired Experience:

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
Experience working in an Agile development environment

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $110000 - $125000 per year
