Job Description: Inventory Manager at Kurtela Retail Solutions (KRS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the organizations inventory operations including planning coordination and execution.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of inventory levels stock movements and replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand identify potential inventory shortages and prevent overstock situations.
- Supervise inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze inventory data generate reports and provide insights to improve inventory performance and efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory management including proper storage labeling and rotation of stock.
- Monitor and adhere to inventory budget constraints minimizing excess inventory and maximizing inventory turnover.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an Inventory Manager or similar role in a retail or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software systems and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- 1-40 years of experience in inventory management preferably in retail or distribution settings.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing inventory processes reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Experience with inventory forecasting demand planning and budget management.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $90000 - $156000 annually
