Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer goals and maximize value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Provide proactive customer communication and handle any issues or escalations effectively
  • Track customer account metrics and prepare regular reports on customer success metrics

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service account management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Desired Experience:

  • 1-50 years of experience in customer success or related roles
  • Experience in retail industry or print distribution and fulfillment services is a plus
  • Previous experience in project management and strategic planning

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $105000 to $140000 per year. Additional benefits may include health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
