Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for customers understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer goals and maximize value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Provide proactive customer communication and handle any issues or escalations effectively
- Track customer account metrics and prepare regular reports on customer success metrics
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service account management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- 1-50 years of experience in customer success or related roles
- Experience in retail industry or print distribution and fulfillment services is a plus
- Previous experience in project management and strategic planning
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $105000 to $140000 per year. Additional benefits may include health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
