Regional Business Development Manager West

(Strategic Sales & Market Growth)

As a Regional Business Development Manager West you will play a key role in expanding Medecos presence across the Western United States by working with ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions sales and other sales resources to develop revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy sales and customer relationshipshelping organizations protect what matters most while driving sustainable profitable growth.

This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working as part of a larger team solving complex business challenges influencing without direct authority and building partnerships to bring secure reliable solutions to market.

What Youll Do

Drive Market Growth

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies that expand Medecos mechanical and electronic security solutions across multiple sales channels.
  • Analyze market trends competitive activity and customer needs to inform territory planning pricing strategies and gotomarket execution.

Build Relationships That Matter

  • Partner with key customers distributors integrators and sales agents to uncover opportunities and deliver longterm value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning Medeco solutions to their business objectives.
  • Support the ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions (DSS) team in sales technical support and customer engagement.

Lead Through Collaboration

  • Work within a matrixed organization collaborating with ASSA ABLOY sales resources Product Management Marketing Operations Finance and Customer Service.
  • Support and influence independent and territorybased sales teams

Represent the Brand

  • Represent Medeco at key industry and company events (ISC GSX ALOA SHDA and others) to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
  • Be the regional authority on all things Medeco supporting sales technical support customer service and training

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience (3 years in sales business development or related roles).
  • Experience in B2B sales ideally in complex or solutionbased environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Comfort working across teams and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in security hardware electronic access control construction or adjacent industries.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solutionselling models.
  • Lives or desires to live in Southern California Pheonix AZ or Las Vegas NV

Travel & Work Environment

This role involves significant travel across the Western U.S. (approximately 5065%) offering the opportunity to build strong inperson relationships with customers and partners while working remotely when not in the field.
