Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using tools and capabilities. Support configuration and testing of features such as objects workflows validation rules and reports. Assist in managing projects and enhancements ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs. Develop and maintain detailed process flows data maps and documentation. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst or IT Analyst with at least 2 years working with modern technologies such as Salesforce ServiceNow and OpenAI.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or AzureDevOps.
Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
