Define and drivethe Generator Services strategygloballywith a focus ontheNuclearfleet.Support creation and execution ofa Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) for the expansion of theGenerator Servicesbusiness.
Collaborate with marketing sales regional leaders engineering manufacturing and product management to identify growth areas and define theofferingsstrategy.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliverontheSteam Powerfinancial results & operating plans (sales profitability market share).
Define own and direct development budgets delivering on product launches to improve competitiveness.
Understand competitors product portfolio and offerings including value proposition differentiation performance and cost and benchmark against GEVernovaofferings.
Understand current and future market needs by working with cross-functional teams.
Proposeproduct/offeringsimprovements (cost performanceexecution delivery cycle quality/reliability) to increase the value proposition and develop and own business cases when investment is needed.
Lead GE Vernova participation in industry conferences and user groups related to Generator.
Supportproduct commercialization deployment training launch and promotion in liaison with marketing sales and regional teams.
What youll bring
Bachelors degree in engineering physics mathematics business or equivalent from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience.
Significant experience(at least 10years)in product management engineering commercial operationsorservicesin the power industry.
Domain expertise in generator services with a strong knowledge base in engineering design lifecycle management and associated equipment.
Significantexperience (at least 10 years) in the Power Plant marketpreferablyrelated to theNuclearpower generation industry.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Strong oral and written communication skills including executive level presentation skills.
Established network in theNuclearpower generation industry including relationship with customers and other stakeholders in this market.
Strong interpersonal skillsand leadership skills. Demonstratedexecution experience with international cross functional teams able to interface effectively with all levels of an organization.
Ability toanalyzeand resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document plan market and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Experience with business development and strong customer service mindset.
Knowledge of power plant economics and power industry market dynamics.
