As the Flow Plan Coordinator you will be the go-to team member on their assigned brand(s) for data and organizational support. This role acts as a valued resource to the team acting as a liaison between design brand and sales to coordinate the completion of item selections and flow plans.
What You Will Do:
- Manage each seasons style master sheet prior to retailer meetings
- Maintain the master sheet as changes happen ensuring it is always up to date and accurate
- Assign/manage the unique style code when new CADs are created
- Follow-up with sales to ensure the style selection and required information is filled out accurately and on-time so the brand team can action the new item number creation.
- Manage product flow plans and other essential brand documents and tools
- Manage multiple daily tasks as well as larger longer-term projects proactively efficiently and accurately and successfully adjust to shifts priorities in order to meet goals and deadlines
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with our cross-functional brand sales & procurement teams
- Aid in organizing and understanding existing data
- Provide occasional administrative support
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
- Occasionally assist line plan coordinator in new item creation and item updates
- Assist in analyzing improving and recording processes to improve team efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or other related field a plus.
- 1 years of professional experience in marketing brand product management or relevant experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment and be nimble enough to adapt toshifts in priorities
- Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner
- Ability to work effectively and build relationships at all levels of cross-functional teams and third parties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills an articulate speaker who knows how to read and engage an audience
- Highly organized and efficient team player trend-savvy is a plus
- Experience in consumer products and licensing or a passion for toys is a plus
Nice To Have:
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a PLUS
- Previous experience in a consumer goods industry preferably toys or games
- Multilingual a plus

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.56 - $26.19 p/h. The base compensation may vary based on experience role tenure performance industry and location.
