Operations Trainee Program
Location: Meridian Idaho (Operations Center)
About the Program
Sunwest Banks Operations Trainee Program is a 12month rotational program designed for earlycareer professionals and highpotential talent interested in building a longterm career in bank operations and leadership.
Youll gain handson experience rotating through multiple operations teams working on real projects and learning how a bank operates endtoend. The program is designed to develop strong operational talent and prepare participants for permanent roles within the Operations Division after completion.
What Youll Do
- Rotate through multiple departments within the Operations Division
- Learn bank products services and operational processes
- Support projects and initiatives that impact customers and the bank
- Work closely with Operations leaders and crossfunctional teams
- Participate in training professional development and community activities
- Track progress and complete program milestones and assignments
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree
- Interest in banking operations or business careers
- Strong communication organization and timemanagement skills
- Willingness to learn receive feedback and take initiative
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior banking or customerfocused experience is helpful but not required.
Work Location & Schedule
- Based in Sunwest Banks Operations Center in Meridian Idaho
- Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required
- Work hours may vary depending on rotation and business needs
