What You Will Do
We are in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time unscheduled basis (estimated to be 8 to 15 hours per month on average) to provide efficient and effective support in a variety of areas:
- Prepare expense reports
- Prepare invoices track client payments and post them in the accounting system in accordance with firm policies
- Prepare time sheets in accordance with firm policies
- Manage andmaintainrequired legal paperwork and processesin accordance withfirmpolicies
- Any other administrative duties including preparing reports memos and PowerPoint presentations
What We Are Looking For
- 5 years of professional administrative supportexperience
- Intermediate to advanced levelproficiencyin Office 365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or GSD
Personal Qualifications
- Able to work during East Coast office hours and adjust schedule to support different time zones
- Polished and professional demeanor accustomed to a fast-paced client-oriented environment
- Takes ownership of tasks and projects
- Proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines innate sense of urgency
- Flexible approach to prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization
- Service team player no task is too big or too small
Location
This is a remote position based in the United States. The expected application deadline for this job is March 1 2026.
Compensation
The overall pay range for this role is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia the pay range is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour.
- All other locations the pay range is $30.00 - $49.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
