Were looking for a Appointment Booking Expert with focus on Business Development/Sales who can identify potential clients reach out with confidence and book high-quality meetings that lead to real opportunities.

About the role

In this role youll take the lead on cold calling and outbound outreach starting with the Norwegian market with the potential to expand into additional regions over time. Youll be a key part of our sales efforts helping us connect with companies in need of recruitment and consulting services. This is a great opportunity to grow with us and potentially take on more responsibility as the scope expands.

What youll do

  • Make outbound sales calls primarily targeting Norway (with potential expansion into other regions).

  • Book qualified meetings for Spertons CEO.

  • Work closely with a team of digital marketing experts.

  • Conduct outreach via phone and LinkedIn including structured campaigns using tools like Dripify.

  • Reach decision-makers in industries such as Finance Healthcare Manufacturing energy engineering logistics and other.

  • Personalize outreach using phone LinkedIn email and other relevant tools.

  • Keep CRM data updated and track your outreach and results.

What were looking for

  • 3 years of experience in cold calling inside sales and B2B outreach.

  • Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.

  • Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage but not mandatory.

  • Proven ability to engage clients and generate high-quality meetings.

  • Experience using LinkedIn outreach tools (e.g. Dripify) is a plus.

  • A proactive independent work style and strong follow-up habits.

  • Sales experience in consulting agency is a plus.
