Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Summary: This role provides support for a variety of facilities related tasks such as mail and package distribution room and catering setups for onsite meetings facility ticketing processing floor walks and maintenance and other onsite facility operations responsibilities
FLSA Classification (US Only): Non-exempt
This role is required to be in office 5 days a week
People Manager: No
What youll do
Daily facility floor walkthroughs to proactively test systems and submit maintenance requests or schedule service calls when needed.
Conference room resets verifying the room readiness conditions
Submit Facilities building tickets with property management and schedule vendor maintenance work
Re-stock office supplies and maintain equipment in designated areas
Ensure kitchen areas are organized and stocked with supplies
Sets up conference rooms furniture and catering for onsite meetings
Assists with employee events coordinates deliveries set-up tear downs as necessary
Sort and deliver incoming packages
Coordinates employee and departmental office moves
Complete employee Facilities ticket requests
Provide in-office support for departments and EAs
What youll bring
- Two (2) to four (4) years of facilities experience
- Demonstrable interpersonal and administrative skills
- Experience and familiarity with space planning and facilities walkthroughs
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $58300.00 - $68970.00per year. The full range is $58300.00 - $86900.00per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
