Job Summary
Summary:Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting summarizing and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions.

Essential Functions: Provide analytical forecasting reporting and project support to senior management
-Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them
-Track key performance indicators prepare financial reports and sometimes present them
-Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis
-Assists project teams with financial guidance
-Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions.
-Ensures compliance with financial guidelines company policies and regulations

Education
Bachelors Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience in accounting or finance 3-5 years required Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization 3-5 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Superior Excel Skills is required.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Ability to analyze consolidate and interpret accounting data.
