Administers various types of anesthesia to render patients insensible to pain during surgical procedures manipulation or setting of fractures deliveries and other therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required: Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by the institution or State.

Description
Minimum Required: Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.
