Youll be hands on with recruiting onboarding employee relations training benefits and engagement activities all while promoting a positive and productive work environment. What Youll Do - Establish credibility with the top leadership team and all field employees to be an effective listener and problem solver
- Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently
- Manage recruiting and onboarding including job postings interviews and new hire orientation.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activitiesthat strengthen culture and morale
- Lead company culture and training initiatives for the Field Management team
- Manage leave of absence cases
- Maintain accurate employee records and reports in our HRIS system.
- Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Youll Bring - Bachelors degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail sound judgment and excellent problem-solving ability.
- A positive self-motivated attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
