Become part of large stable and growing business within the Retail food sector.
Duties:
- Prepare and process weekly salaries & wages
- Statutory deductions and payments
- Month end processes
- Year-end audit processes
- Budget input
- Impact on other departments
- Medical Aid Administration
- Reporting provide ad hoc HR & leave reporting
- HR General duties with will included updating staff contracts and renewals ensure staff development and wellness.
- Working with the bargaining council
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Experience within industry Advantageous
- Strong Excel experience and working on Pastel/Sage/Zero essential
- 3-5 years payroll & basic HR experience
