Job Summary
Seeking a Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The PT will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from illness injury or surgery focusing on restoring mobility strength and functional independence.
Schedule
5x8-Hour Shifts
Monday through Friday
40 Hours per Week
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Assist patients with mobility training transfers gait training and therapeutic exercises.
Safely perform lifting and patient transfers as required.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Acute care experience required.
Lifting and patient transfer skillset required.
First-time travelers accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
