This is a high-impact territory-driven role for a consultative seller who thrives on building relationships owning their pipeline and winning in a competitive in-person market.

- Own Your Pipeline: At least 70% of your closed deals will come from your own outbound hustle.
- Lead High-Impact Demos:Host 2 engaging demos daily showing hoteliers why Mews is the game-changer they need.
- Drive Results: Manage a pipeline to consistently close $375k CAD ARR per year with deals averaging $7k CAD.
- Spark Conversations:Make 100 outbound activities each weekqualifying prospects generating momentum and building relationships.
- Sell Strategically:Use account-based strategies storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward.
- Influence Decision-Makers:From GMs to Finance and Ops leaders youll tailor your approach to win over every stakeholder.
- Iterate & Improve:Use data insights to refine your outreach positioning and sales strategyalways staying ahead of the curve.
- Deliver Under Pressure:Mews moves fast. Youll thrive in the pace and deliver impact when it matters most.
A proven track record of smashing $375K CAD ARR quotas with hands-on outbound pipeline generation.
- SaaS experience required deep hospitality industry experience with strong market relationships is a major plus.
Experience closing deals averaging $7K CAD in a multi-step fast-paced sales cycle.
Skill in engaging and closing multi-stakeholder deals adapting your approach to each audience.
- Located in Toronto CA or Ontario Province.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Canada territory.
- Fluency in English.
- French fluency highly preferred.
- Comfort with data-driven sales execution and pipeline analytics.
- Curiosity adaptability and a relentless problem-solving mindset.
- A love for entrepreneurial high-velocity environments where ambiguity is just another opportunity.
The starting wage will vary based on several factors including the candidates skills and experience. This OTE amount includes both the base salary and potential commissions which are dependent on performance and not guaranteed. Achievement above quota includes accelerators that will increase OTE.
