A part time Quality Assurance Specialist is needed for an ABA organization. Must have prior ABA and CentralReach experience with strong attention to detail and documentation review skills. This is an in office role minimum 6 hours per day ideal for someone who prefers working behind the scenes reviewing notes and timesheets rather than direct client interaction.
We are seeking a detail oriented Quality Assurance professional to oversee documentation accuracy and compliance within an ABA setting. This role focuses on reviewing session notes timesheets and related records to ensure all documentation meets internal standards and payer requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized comfortable working independently and experienced in ABA documentation systems particularly CentralReach. This is a structured office environment best suited for someone who enjoys precision consistency and maintaining high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review ABA session notes for accuracy and completeness
Audit timesheets to ensure proper documentation and billing alignment
Verify compliance with payer and internal documentation standards
Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections
Maintain organized records and reporting
Qualifications:
Prior ABA industry experience required
Experience using CentralReach required
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Comfortable working independently in an office setting
Organized focused and process oriented
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day in office
