Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Build comprehensive bottoms up Test Strategies for our platform services organization
Write tests plans covering various customer use cases functional compliance & legal aspects
Engage is projects from the initiation phase to identify gaps in requirement and failure modes in design
Be a force multiplier to help developers shift testing left
Automate tests based on whats most valuable and high priority and help adopt best practices to improve code quality
Collaborate with Forges product design information security and business team members to quickly grasp domain knowledge.
Develop concise articulate and detailed documentationRP1 AD2
Participate in scope definition requirements analysis functional and technical design application build product configuration unit testing and production deployment.
Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners.
Identify defect trends and partner with development teams to fix the root cause
Leverage artificial intelligence technologies to improve the impact and efficiency of testing

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or 5 years software engineering experience)
8-12 years of software testing experience
Fintech Trading or Financial services industry experience
Experience in leading quality efforts for internet applications
Physical requirements: operate a computer for at least 8 hours per day; give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication
