Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Quality Engineers with strong automation expertise in Tricentis Tosca to support enterprise-grade P&C Insurance applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test automation strong domain knowledge and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Automation Testing (Core Requirement)

Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
AS1 / AS2 Certification (Preferred / Strongly Desired)

Testing Expertise

UI Testing
API Testing (REST Services)
Database Testing

API / Automation Tools
Experience with:

Tosca
Selenium
Postman
REST Assured

Database & Validation

Strong SQL skills for backend validation

DevOps / Tools

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)

Agile Experience (Mandatory)

Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models

Domain Expertise (Critical Requirement)

Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance Lines including:

BOP (Business Owners Policy)
Workers Compensation
Commercial Auto
General Liability

Experience testing P&C Insurance Applications

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with:

End-to-end automation frameworks
CI/CD integrated test automation
Enterprise insurance platforms

Strong stakeholder communication skills
