Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst - Consultant to join a new Test Automation Center of Excellence. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of software through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for improving software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Conduct regression testing and performance testing.
Document and report on testing outcomes and provide recommendations.

Required Technical Skills:

Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit).
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. Python Java).
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
