Bilingual Direct Support Professional (English/Spanish)
Location: Goldsboro NC
Schedule: Afternoons evenings and weekends (flexible hours)
Job Summary:
Abound Health is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent fulfilling lives. Flexible scheduling availableideal for part-time or supplemental income.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities
- Help individuals build skills and achieve personal goals
- Support community involvement
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Reliable compassionate and willing to learn
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid drivers license preferred
