Job Summary
| Domestic Considerations: Nil. Position Role:To manage the Groups operational training estate including its maintainence development strategy and policy. Primary lead for managing the delivery the safe and effective delivery of Infra Projects and Programmed Works on behalf of the Head of Establishment but also in support of all the unit commanders across the Garrison. SO2 Estates PATA - Train Equip ans admin individual service/civillian reinforcements to prepare for operations. Provide MAB HQ focus for the PATA infrastructure estate. Manage financial input for the PATA infrastructure estate. Provision of PATA infrastructure estate advice to support Service Level Agreement across Defence. Responsible for managing PATA estate infrastructure register. Responsible for the coordination of the PATA estate infrastructure policy and guidance to MAB and other agencies. Primary lead for managing the master PATA estate infrastructure plan and programme. Lead support in the development of SONs and manage delivery to meet demands of customers/users. Ensure safe place is applied across the AOR in accordance with JSP 375 Vol 2 Leaflet 11. |
