Summary
The Carrier Sales Representative plays a key role within the Road US brokerage team responsible for sourcing securing and managing carrier capacity to support DSVs freight operations. This position builds and maintains strong carrier partnerships to deliver superior service competitive pricing and reliable transportation solutions for our customers. The role involves daily carrier engagement load coordination rate negotiation and proactive shipment tracking from pickup through final delivery to ensure accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands
Work is primarily sedentary and performed in an office or remote setting requiring frequent use of a computer phone and other standard office equipment. Some movement such as standing walking or light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be necessary to perform daily tasks or support on-site recruiting events. The role may occasionally require travel to driver terminals job fairs or other recruiting locations which could involve extended periods of standing or walking. Hours may be extended or staggered to support multi-shift recruiting needs and to maintain communication with candidates across time zones. For this position the expected base pay range is $46500 - $63000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including relevant experience skills education or certifications and geographic location consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
