Job Summary
We are looking for a senior People Partner to support our operations in Santiago and regional sites. This role partners directly with leaders across logistics depots and operational teams to drive core HR processes employee experience and compliance.
- Work model Hybrid.
- Base: Costanera Center (Santiago). Travel within Chile is required once a month.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Site Managers and Leaders to deploy the People Strategy and lead core HR cycles (MPACT ASR promotions succession).
- Support workforce forecasting headcount planning and labor cost control partnering with Talent Acquisition for hiring and organizational updates.
- Manage investigations whistleblowers and ER cases; ensure full legal and policy compliance; support audits and inspections.
- Lead town halls focus groups and site visits; strengthen culture; analyze turnover/overtime/absenteeism and recommend actions.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to operational leaders on HR processes ER matters staffing needs feedback and organizational health.
- Visit operational sites to reinforce HR presence review practices track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across People processes.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in HR including 2 years as HRBP
- Experience in logistics operations depots or largescale industrial environments
- Strong stakeholder management humility teamwork and adaptability
- Solid ER experience ability to handle investigations
- KPI-driven mindset (turnover overtime absenteeism)
- English fluency is required
- Power BI basic Workday preferred
