Weare looking to add an experiencedManager People Excellence & Technologyto ourPeople team in Santiago to theDirector Peoplethis roleis responsibleforsupportingthe implementation of global People programs across the South America region with a primary focus on Chile. This role ensures high-quality execution ofpeopleprocesses HR technology systems and employee experience initiatives aligned with local labor requirements and global ideal candidate will be adetail orientedself-starterthat enjoys developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement andmaintainPeople policies processes and technology systems across the region.
Ensure compliance with Chilean Peruvian and Brazilian labour legislation including supporting audits reporting requirements and regional legal documentation.
Overseeaccurateandtimelyemployee data management and documentation.
Manage regional onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation workflows anda consistentemployee experience.
Oversee HR operations workflows to ensure smooth delivery of corepeopleprocesses.
Support compensation andbenefitsadministration including data coordination for merit bonus and rewards cycles.
Managerecruitmentcoordination with internal stakeholders and external partners across the region.
Support the execution ofemployee experience initiatives including engagement activities regional communications and recognition programsin partnership with Internal Communications CultureChampionsand Social Committees.
Serve as the regional point of contact for People systems (HRIS Lattice ATS) supporting global and regional rollouts configuration changes and adoption.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure system workflowscomply withregional requirements.
Partner with global and regional People team members including People Business Partners to ensure smooth consistent delivery of People programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

5 years in HR operations People Operations or HR technology roles.
Strong knowledge of Chilean labor law and employment practices.
Experience with HRIS platforms and digital people systems.
Professional fluency in Spanish and workingproficiencyin English.
Experience supporting operations in the mining industry particularly in a regional or multinational context is an asset.
Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working inMicrosoft 365.
Health & Safety consciousindividual.
Legally able to work inChile.
Periodic travel (510%) may berequiredfor meetings training and regional support.
