The Institutional Policy Analyst investigates researches gathers analyzes and summarizes institutional data in support of information and research needs for planning and policy-making decisions. Provides management information data analyses and policy reports to inform strategic planning decision-making and resource allocation at the institutional level.

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness is to provide a variety of data and analysis in a timely manner to support the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Points decision-making planning accountability evaluation assessment compliance accreditation and external reporting requirements while adhering to the Association for Institutional Researchs Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Bachelors degree preferably in a discipline involving data analysis or statistical analysis.
