Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a skilled Supervision Management Consultant to coordinate technology teams and projects analyze data and manage application server environments in a fully remote model.
The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in team leadership project management and administration of enterprise application servers such as WebLogic and GlassFish. Strong knowledge of change management and IT service frameworks is essential.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination and project management within technology environments
Experience with administration of application servers (WebLogic GlassFish)
Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in implementing IT governance and operational best practices
Certifications
At least one of the following certifications is required:
ITIL 4 Specialist
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PROSCI (Change Management)
SCRUM Master
Interpersonal Skills
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Team-oriented and collaborative approach
Languages
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Portuguese is a plus
Tech Stack / Tools
WebLogic
GlassFish
Data analysis tools (Excel SQL or similar)
Project management tools (Jira MS Project etc.)
